Description

• Shape how hotel revenue strategy is operationalized regionally through enablement frameworks and structured plays • Drive the Regional enablement strategy aligned with hotel revenue objectives, customer segments, and regional priorities • Own the connection between enablement strategy and revenue performance outcomes • Make strategic decisions on enablement priorities, investments, and focus areas • Integrate strategy, data, product, and operational realities into cohesive enablement frameworks • Drive standards, frameworks, and approaches for enablement across teams • Partner with senior stakeholders to align on enablement priorities and execution approaches • Ensure all enablement assets are scalable, structured, and aligned with business priorities

🎯 Exigences

• Extensive experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or similar B2B2C environment • Strong understanding of hotel category management, including sourcing strategy, content strategy, booking platform landscape, compliance, and traveler engagement • Strong experience in strategy translation, enablement, or commercial operations • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability • Experience working across Regional or multi-regional environments • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments • You have exposure to travel, procurement, or supplier performance reporting
