Description

• Own and execute the enterprise roadmap for Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and Power Platform • Define the future state architecture for Modern Work and Automation platforms • Act as the primary architectural authority for Modern Work solutions • Lead Copilot implementation, licensing strategy, governance, and adoption • Own Power Platform strategy, governance, and operating model • Lead and develop a small team of architects or engineers • Serve as ENFRA’s primary owner of the Microsoft relationship • Drive employee experience improvements through coherent platform design

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of overall experience • 7+ years leading modern workplace, automation, or platform architecture at scale • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent direct work experience • Deep hands-on experience architecting and operating Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related services • Demonstrated experience implementing and governing Microsoft Copilot in production environments • Proven ability to translate future-state platform vision into executable architecture and delivery • Strong vendor management and roadmap influence experience with Microsoft and ISV partners
