Description

• Own data entry and hygiene in Salesforce CRM for engagement records and campaigns • Maintain engagement tracking across partner touchpoints and programs • Maintain tracking systems for the Annual Data Count, Health of the Network, Partner Insights, and event registration • Produce routine engagement reports and identify data issues • Maintain and update the network contacts list • Own and manage the network communications calendar • Coordinate communications across programs and channels • Produce and send weekly round-ups, off-cycle announcements, and newsletter content through Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Post network communications and events to Circle • Manage inquiries sent to [email protected], routing them appropriately and closing the loop • Manage program and event mobilization campaigns • Build and segment audiences, run outreach sequences, and track responses against participation targets • Coordinate network programs and gatherings, including venues, registration, and communications • Report on campaign performance and participation drivers • Work on the Community Management Team within the Network Community pillar • Report to the Associate Director, Network Development & Impact

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in communications, operations, or a role that combined the two • Experience drafting and sending content to external audiences, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign emails • Ability to write copy people read • Experience running recurring processes on a calendar • Experience building or improving operational systems • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously • Hands-on CRM experience; Salesforce preferred • Experience building lists and segments, entering and cleaning records, and pulling reports • Excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through • Ability to identify problems and opportunities, develop recommendations, and take action • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with autonomy • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize rigorously • Passion for social change, education, and applying social change theories • Commitment to racial justice and DEI • Expected travel of 10%, including biannual team retreats and select in-person partner convenings
