Description

• This is a remote position • Looking for a high-ownership Full Stack Engineer to help scale a product that directly impacts millions of users • Hands-on role where you will contribute across the stack, influence architectural decisions, and ship features • End-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and database layers • Building scalable systems that support high-traffic fundraising campaigns • Improving performance, reliability, and developer efficiency • Solving real-world problems in payments, donor experience, and campaign scaling • Build and ship full-stack features from concept to production • Work across UI, backend services, and database performance • Design scalable architecture and make thoughtful technical trade-offs • Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences • Support production systems and improve reliability

🎯 Exigences

• Strong real-world programming experience (not just academic) • Ability to work confidently across frontend and backend • Experience with MVC frameworks (Rails, Django, Pyramid, or similar) • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, or similar) • Ability to balance speed with clean, maintainable code • Deep experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails (Nice to Have) • PostgreSQL performance tuning or database administration (Nice to Have) • Experience building systems used by large user bases (Nice to Have) • Understanding of caching, networking, and system performance (Nice to Have) • Experience with fintech, payments, or crowdfunding platforms (Nice to Have) • Strong product sense and eye for user-friendly UI (Nice to Have)
