Description

• Work on an ongoing basis with a portfolio of customers to drive utilization of the BioCatch Behavioral Biometric solution and create positive business outcomes • Define the strategic direction of customers post-sales and collaborate with customers to jointly solve problems • Partner with Threat Analysts and Solutions Engineers to present consultative solutions to executives and business owners • Manage risks to the efficacy of the BioCatch solution for strategic customers • Function as a single point of contact for consulting, incident reporting, and customer escalation • Work with BioCatch Support, Solution Engineering, Threat Analyst, and Data Scientist teams • Manage project coordination and provide oversight to ensure adherence to schedules • Develop and update technology-delivery project plans forecasting timelines, resource needs, and task owners • Communicate customer expectations to Solution Engineering and Threat Analyst teams during projects • Lead project teams through customer issues by identifying remediation paths, executing plans, and keeping stakeholders informed • Schedule and facilitate regular customer meetings to provide product-release updates and gather product-roadmap feedback • Advocate for customers with internal Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering staff • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business owners • Provide internal stakeholders with periodic updates on customer status and KPIs

🎯 Exigences

• 2 years of post-sales account management/program management experience in the cyber security, fraud, payments or technology space working with top tier customers • Bachelor’s degree from a STEM subject/quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer science or Information Systems • Strong candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered • Additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills and strict adherence to timelines, with the ability to operate within a structured approach and to deliver results • Ability to work in a team environment, by soliciting input and feedback • Ability to effectively manage conflict • Ability to work well under pressure, with sense of purpose, drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit • Experience with Automation processes and AI optimization • Experience using tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, ANT agent, Microsoft Power Automate, Snowflake, Claude, Copilot will be an advantage
