Description

• Drive new business through targeted outreach, networking, and campaigns • Move complex deals forward with purpose and accountability, from negotiation to successful close • Manage sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution, including expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Clearly articulate the company’s business model and value proposition, effectively addressing objections and positioning solutions • Apply strong business and financial acumen to communicate ROI and overall value to clients • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to position and sell energy efficiency solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders • Research and prioritize target accounts and market segments to build and maintain a robust pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quota • Maintains control of each deal, moving it consistently and purposefully toward close

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of business development or sales experience; technology, solutions, IoT, energy efficiency, equipment, construction services, or other complex sales environments considered • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas of $5M+, with a successful history of meeting or exceeding margin targets • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build and communicate compelling business cases • Experience selling into multi-location businesses is a plus, including sectors such as: Manufacturing, Property Management, Retail, C-Store, Grocery, Food Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality/Hotels, Municipalities, and Restaurants • Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based selling • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling business narratives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
