• Partner with the CAO and CFO to define and execute financial strategies that support Centerstone’s strategic goals, mission delivery, and sustainable growth. • Provide expert guidance and analysis to senior leadership to support organizational decision-making, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Lead development of multi-year financial plans and long-range forecasts to ensure fiscal sustainability and mission alignment. • Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operational and regional leaders. • Develop and refine key financial metrics and performance dashboards to monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related) or CPA designation strongly preferred. • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit sectors. • Proven experience leading financial operations in multi-entity or multi-state environments. • Demonstrated success working within complex organizational structures with shared services or matrixed reporting.
