• serves as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients • acting as the primary relationship manager for a select group of executives • provides personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management support to clients • integrates workplace benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans • helps executives make informed decisions that support immediate and long-term financial well-being • delivers outstanding client experience through ongoing consultation and relationship management • drives client engagement, business growth, and client satisfaction • presents executive services offerings during business reviews • cultivates new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events • identifies strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships

🎯 Exigences

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required • Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire • Bachelor's degree required • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation preferred • Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is strongly encouraged • Minimum of 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning • Proven track record of sales success within the financial services industry • Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans • Demonstrated success developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients • Strong ability to assess clients' unique financial needs and recommend tailored investment and planning solutions • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
