Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing IT Operations & Infrastructure team. • Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure (on‑premise and cloud). • Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives, focusing on AWS services. • Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of production systems supporting our SaaS platform. • Manage infrastructure lifecycle, including capacity planning, patching, monitoring, and upgrades.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience leading IT Operations, Infrastructure, or SRE teams. • Sound hands‑on background in systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies. • Experience managing hybrid environments with both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure. • Solid understanding of SaaS operational requirements, including uptime, scalability, and security. • Proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripting languages, CI/CD pipelines). • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
