Description

• Provide executive leadership and strategic vision for the operational business support of critical partners • Design frameworks that guide daily operations and drive enterprise-wide process improvements • Serve as the executive sponsor for complex partner relationships at the C-suite level • Define the overarching strategy for mitigating operational gaps and system risks • Oversee the deployment of enterprise-wide initiatives to eliminate failure modes and ensure compliance • Champion cross-functional transformations by partnering with executive stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Sales • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for the department • Lead the organization through periods of growth and change with comprehensive training and adoption strategies • Client engagement requiring approximately 25-30% travel

🎯 Exigences

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification • At least 10 years of account management, operations, or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry • At least 8 years of people leadership and performance management experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred) • 12+ years of account management, operations, or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry (preferred) • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, specifically focused on coaching leaders, organizational design, and scaling complex operational teams (preferred) • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, capability building, and managing executive-level client relationships within the South American market (preferred) • 5+ years of change management experience (preferred)
