Description

• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments between patients and healthcare providers • Manage calendar appointments and send reminders • Help patients complete Health Risk Assessments (HRA) before doctor visits • Answer calls from patients and prospective patients • Reschedule appointments and document all interactions • Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and team members • Use CareTalk’s platform, client systems, and tools hosted in Amazon Workspaces • Handle outbound and inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure patient satisfaction • Communicate program benefits to drive consumer action • Support Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) • Manage documentation and record-keeping • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport remotely • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines • Reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace • Windows or Apple computer only; Windows 10 or later or macOS 13 or later • Wired headphones • Minimum 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload internet speeds • Wired ethernet connection directly to the router • Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces • Webcam/video capability for video calls • Knowledge of medical terminology, basic health assessments, and health education (Preferred) • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation procedures (Preferred)
