Description

• Design and scale end-to-end enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms • Lead evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, automation, and intelligent workflows • Modernize employee and manager experiences • Define workforce product visions and multi-year roadmaps • Establish value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes • Develop business cases for technology investments • Track ROI metrics and KPIs to maximize business impact and platform adoption • Advise HR, IT, and business executives • Translate complex technical strategies into clear business language • Drive alignment across matrixed teams

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, or Business • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs • Deep expertise in Workday, including architecture, configuration, and integrations • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, including HRSD and case management • Strong hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem, including M365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI • Proven track record of architecting AI-enabled workforce tools, automation, and intelligent orchestrations • Ability to lead in matrixed environments, frame business cases, and build enterprise partnerships
