Description

• Commissioning and servicing oil- and gas-fired heating systems at end customers’ sites and with system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating installation companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible • Contributing to sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating systems

🎯 Exigences

• Completed relevant vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating, and air conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good spoken and written German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Experience with large-capacity burners is desirable, ideally including experience with third-party brands
