Description

• Commissioning and servicing our heat pumps at residential customer sites and with system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to heating contractors by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in the technical field service team across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service to assist customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions by commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting heat pumps in the Dortmund region

🎯 Exigences

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC and plumbing systems technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Ideally, additional qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
