Description

• Promote and distribute Alani products at designated events, trade shows, festivals, and high-traffic locations • Engage consumers and explain product benefits and unique selling points • Offer samples and create positive consumer experiences to encourage product trial • Represent the brand’s values, personality, and mission • Follow brand dress guidelines and build relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates • Answer product questions and overcome consumer objections • Maintain the branded sampling vehicle’s upkeep and premium appearance • Assist with planning and executing promotional events • Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, sales counterparts, and team members • Manage inventory and supplies at storage units and events • Gather customer feedback and market insights • Record and report activation data after each shift • Support national brand marketing objectives to create trial, build usage, grow awareness, drive brand image, and generate word of mouth

🎯 Exigences

• Must be 21 years of age or older • Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines • Clean driving record • Valid state driver’s license and MVR check required • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor • Strong organizational abilities for event logistics and supply management • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must attend and actively participate in 1–2 team meetings per month • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous promotional event, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is a plus • Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
