• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex systems that greatly improve clinical care and patient management • Support system testing and document testing outcomes • Develop technical solutions and utilize development lifecycle process to implement and support system solutions • Collaborate on clinical systems training and build environments to ensure currency and usability for end user training • Independently develop educational technology content for applicable use • Recommend opportunities for and participate in process improvement initiatives • Take ownership of tasks and communicate overall issues or roadblocks • Support communication on project-related issues and developments • Attend and participate in design and leadership team meetings • Consult with end users to ensure clinical system applications and training programs support patient care delivery processes • Network with experts to identify best practices for clinical systems use and training • Promote use of industry best practice tools for efficiency and innovative education • Maintain currency in the field by participating in educational opportunities provided by vendors and other connections • Conduct instructional sessions and develop positive relationships within the organization • Support and/or lead design, development, and implementation of application requests • Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal and external parties on assigned tasks
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline • Epic Radiant certification (or willingness to obtain within six (6) months of hire) • Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Lumens, Cupid, Ambulatory, OpTime, or related modules) preferred • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic systems in a healthcare environment, including system build, configuration, testing, and optimization • Demonstrated experience supporting radiology, imaging, or endoscopy workflows, including order-to-result and modality integration processes • Experience collaborating with Radiology, procedural areas, and clinical operations to translate workflow needs into system solutions • Strong understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient and outpatient imaging and procedural environments • Experience participating in or leading moderately complex projects, including enhancements, upgrades, or system implementations • Background in troubleshooting system issues, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives • Experience developing and delivering end-user training or educational materials to support system adoption • Familiarity with integration points between Epic and third-party imaging systems (e.g., PACS, VNA, or other radiology technologies and image capture platforms) • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations related to clinical systems.
