Cleveland Diagnostics est une entreprise de diagnostic moléculaire développant des tests sanguins pour le cancer grâce à sa plateforme IsoClear™, qui mesure les différences structurelles des protéines pour déterminer si les biomarqueurs proviennent de cellules cancéreuses. Leur premier test commercial, IsoPSA, vise à améliorer la prise de décision en matière de cancer de la prostate en identifiant le risque de maladie de haut grade et peut réduire les biopsies prostatiques inutiles ; le test IsoPSA est proposé comme test développé en laboratoire (LDT) effectué dans des laboratoires certifiés CLIA, à haute complexité, et n'a pas été approuvé par la FDA.

Description

• Design plans to implement IsoPSA at CDx customer labs • Execute IsoPSA IVD implementations at CDx customer labs • Develop and execute workflow/lab planning, training, accessioning plans, assay validation, QC plans, LIS integration and result reporting • Provide ongoing technical support to CDx IVD customers after implementation • Work with CDx customers and third-party diagnostic manufacturers such as Roche to solve implementation problems • Teach other application specialists to execute the program • Work with the commercial CDx team • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Field Applications Manager

🎯 Exigences

• BA/BS in Chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science • MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification preferred • Five years of experience working in clinical or CLIA lab environment • Technical expertise and experience to implement IsoPSA in a Clinical Laboratory • Must be able to travel extensively, up to 80% • Skills to build this program, execute it, and teach other application specialists to execute • Ability to work quickly and cohesively with the commercial CDx team • Understanding and compliance with good laboratory practices: safety, HIPAA, confidentiality & regulatory requirements • Critical thinking skills & decisive judgement skills • Self-starter with high motivation level & eagerness to learn • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment • Excellent aptitude for troubleshooting laboratory equipment • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.com • Knowledge of industry EMR and LIS systems a plus • Valid driver’s license • Frequent use of personal vehicle, including out of state visits • Ability to work outside standard business hours • COVID-19 vaccination is highly recommended
