• Own both sales and marketing for the company • Run the sales process from first conversation to signed contract • Manage inbound prospects and run strategy and pitch presentations • Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences • Operate internal Meta advertising campaigns • Develop and execute broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation • Create or direct creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content • Elevate company brand to attract larger clients and grow the sales and marketing function
• 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only) • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers • Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• $85,000 base salary plus performance based commission (OTE approximately $150,000) • Fully remote position • Opportunity to build and lead a sales and marketing team as the company grows • Work directly with the CEO and founding team • Focused, single vertical niche with strong product market fit
