Description

• First point of contact for clients — strategic, partnership-oriented, and reliable • Manage and develop existing client relationships, identifying cross- and upsell opportunities • Develop solutions, prepare proposals, calculate retainers, and coordinate handover to project management • Conduct regular client workshops (remote or on-site), identify needs and translate them into concrete actions • Responsible for an account portfolio and a monthly revenue target

🎯 Exigences

• Experience in account management, client consulting, or digital project environments (e.g., as a project manager, consultant, or product owner) • Strong listening, structuring, writing, and communication skills • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Shopware, Storyblok, headless CMS, e‑commerce, UX, APIs, etc.) • Solution-oriented mindset • Confident client-facing presence in German at native-speaker level (C1+)
