Description

• Acts as a trusted advisor to clients in targeted accounts • Develops short- and long-term solution strategies for clients • Supports all sales segments within assigned target accounts to sell complex advanced technology solution sets • Maintains relationships with Account Managers, vendors, and customers • Collaborates with Technology Solutions team and field sales teams on complex solution sales • Delivers presentations to customers promoting Connection’s capabilities • Sets up and executes customer meetings to uncover new opportunities • Maintains and grows existing key accounts and develops new business accounts • Develops sales and account management strategies to deliver revenue and GP targets • Meets regularly with Sales management on business/account plan execution • Prepares business reviews and customized customer presentations

🎯 Exigences

• 18+ years of work experience • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (creating presentations, advanced Word formatting, creating spreadsheets including macros) • Advanced technical knowledge of IT and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) vendors • Advanced knowledge of Datacenter Technology and solutions (networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and services) • Demonstrated IT sales experience focused on developing and growing customer accounts and meeting/exceeding sales goals • Strong business development and account maturation skills • Proven sales leadership skills to work well independently and in a team environment • Articulate with strong written and oral communication skills • Good listening skills and ability to understand the needs and values of others • Organized with time management skills
