Description

• responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory • supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands • develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals • comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market • demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account • works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient

🎯 Exigences

• minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience • experience in commercial construction and/or building materials • pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred • ability to analyze market conditions and competition • develop strategic responses to opportunities • strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations • ability to work independently and in a team environment • must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
