Description

• Planning, managing, and delivering TBM consulting projects, working closely with clients • Assessing clients' current technology and financial environments; recommending and implementing tailored TBM frameworks and solutions • Leveraging TBM tools to provide insights into IT costs, value, and business impact • Identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts and leading efforts to expand TBM services • Maintaining strategic client relationships and developing partnerships • Mentoring and coaching junior consultants and team members; fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

🎯 Exigences

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or IT Management • Language skills: English and German (at least B2); willingness to travel occasionally • 2+ years of experience in TBM consulting or related areas, with a strong background in technology cost management, financial management, or IT strategy • Experience with TBM tools such as Apptio or similar; strong data analysis and financial modeling skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships and to lead consulting engagements • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to clearly convey complex technical and financial concepts to executives • Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-transparency principles • Current residence in Germany and authorization to work in the country
