Description

• Function as the supply chain expert, technical lead, and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle • Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers to gather business and technology requirements and identify high-value AI capabilities • Translate technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders • Design end-to-end integration architectures tailored to prospects’ ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner ecosystems • Demonstrate Cleo solutions through on-site and remote presentations and demonstrations • Assess, scope, and complete POCs demonstrating measurable ROI with clear success criteria • Lead technical responses for RFIs/RFPs • Serve as Cleo’s AI subject matter expert in customer-facing conversations • Apply AI tools across discovery, POC builds, documentation, and demonstrations • Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer feedback and influence the roadmap • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services on post-close technical handoffs • Build reusable assets, demo scripts, and POC frameworks for the pre-sales team

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS, iPaaS, EDI, or supply chain software environment • Hands-on experience with EDI (X12, EDIFACT), B2B integration protocols, and cloud or on-premises integration platforms • Understanding of core supply chain processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Load Tender-to-Invoice • Knowledge of B2B integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data structures • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, solution design, and POC execution in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles • Experience articulating AI-powered product capabilities to both technical and business audiences, translating relevant capabilities into measurable ROI • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered SaaS features including LLM applications, agentic AI workflows, or intelligent automation • Preferred: familiarity with common supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and trading partner ecosystems • Preferred: experience working at or alongside global consulting firms or systems integrators in a pre-sales or delivery capacity
