Conçu par des experts en recherche clinique, CRIO offre des modèles configurables, un accès en temps réel aux données pour une surveillance à distance, des outils intégrés de reporting et de requête, ainsi qu'un écosystème connecté incluant des modules eSource, EDC, eConsent, CTMS et eRéglementaire. Il sert les promoteurs, les CRO et les sites cliniques pour accélérer le démarrage des études, augmenter le recrutement et réduire les déviations du protocole.

Description

• Own the product strategy for the EDC, eSource, and Integrations portfolio • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing team of product owners • Lead product planning and execution across each team in close partnership with the engineering manager • Represent the product strategy to executive leadership, the board, and enterprise sponsors • Serve as the internal expert on the sponsor EDC landscape and eClinical integration standards • Partner with senior leadership to define, quantify, and track the KPIs • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Partner closely with design to ensure product requirements for each team's experience are clear • Lead adoption of new integration capabilities • Oversee prioritization frameworks and backlog governance across each team • Identify, communicate, and mitigate product, technical, and compliance risk

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years' experience in software product management or product ownership • 3+ years in a people-management or director-level capacity • Proven track record building, leading, and developing high-performing product teams • Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives • Deep expertise in agile/scrum methodologies at scale • Strong technical depth in APIs, data integration/interoperability patterns, and sponsor EDC systems • Experience with budget ownership, resource planning, and headcount planning • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships internally and externally • Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining top product talent • Background scaling an integration or data-platform product from early stage to a mature offering • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business or product management
