Description

• Lead and manage multiple teams of IT professionals, including network engineers, systems administrators, and operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the infrastructure and operations strategy, aligning it with the organization’s broader IT and business objectives. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments. • Contribute to the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies that support the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of all infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers. • Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability. • Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. • Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and procedures for IT operations, including incident, problem, and change management. • Provide advanced technical guidance and support to teams, particularly in solving complex technical challenges. • Lead complex infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to implementation and evaluation. • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring that third-party services meet company standards.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience. • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure environments and leading multiple technical teams. • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Server management, networking, security, storage systems, and/or data center operations; Network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices; Cloud computing platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments; Virtualization technologies and/or disaster recovery planning; Management of End User Services technologies; ITSM processes and procedures; Monitoring, observability, and/or event management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams. • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
