Description

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for quality measures and programs, including Health Maintenance and dashboards supporting Medicare Stars and ACO lead programs • Partner with clinical, business, operational, and enterprise governance stakeholders to shape technology pathways supporting ambulatory quality performance • Manage Health Maintenance topic requests through stakeholder alignment, governance, and execution • Ensure accurate and current training materials for care teams at the point of care • Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars across Part C and D measures • Ensure payer files are loaded into the core care delivery platform and performance tools accurately reflect results • Develop technology approaches that help care teams improve Stars quality-measure performance • Drive cross-functional technology teams that enable care model strategy and end-to-end product execution • Establish shared outcome metrics tied to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance • Lead multidisciplinary teams of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers • Transform broad ideas into problem statements, product specifications, and Epic/technology architectures • Oversee end-to-end technology design, technical requirements, and technology build • Integrate external data sources such as claims data, remote monitoring, and health plan feeds with internal Epic workflows • Own the technology lifecycle from discovery through solutioning, build, deployment, and measurable outcome realization • Establish feedback loops and iterative improvement cycles • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing product and cross-functional technology teams • Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, problem-solving, joy, and high engagement

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation, specifically Epic • Expertise with value-based care models, payer quality programs, and Epic as a core care delivery platform • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and module configurations • Experience translating operational requirements into Epic build • Understanding of how external health data enriches EHR clinical workflows • Deep familiarity with clinical operations, Quality Improvement methodologies, Value-Based Care constructs, Fee-For-Service operational dynamics, and medical cost initiative care pathways • Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed clinical interventions • Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways • Graduate degree and/or clinical background (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA) preferred • Executive presence and ability to communicate and influence senior executive stakeholders and frontline team members • Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to frame ambiguous clinical challenges into structured problem statements
