Description

• Define and evolve Cyera's brand platform, including purpose, positioning, narrative, and voice • Build a platform-level narrative bringing Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security together • Work with Research teams to turn original data and insight into a distinctive Cyera point of view • Lead storytelling teams across Brand Content and Social • Set storytelling principles, frameworks, editorial standards, strategic direction, and cadence across formats and mediums • Test new formats and distribution tactics and scale effective approaches • Partner with Creative, Design Studio, Integrated Marketing, and Communications on campaigns, launches, events, and executive communications • Provide briefs and feedback to maintain a unified brand • Support senior leaders with narrative for keynotes, media, and key moments • Build a scalable framework for activating the brand inside and outside the company • Provide employees, partners, and functions with tools, guidelines, and training • Build a system to measure brand health and business impact • Own brand health metrics including awareness, consideration, recall, and sentiment • Use brand tracking, audience insight, and content performance to sharpen strategy • Work with Demand Gen and Analytics teams to measure the brand's effect on business and pipeline • Report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and serve as a senior voice on the corporate marketing team

🎯 Exigences

• 12 to 15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership • B2B technology or category-defining brand experience is a plus • A record of defining a brand platform or positioning that changed how a company was seen and helped it win • Exceptional storytelling craft; ability to write, edit, and shape a narrative and raise the work of others • Experience leading content and social teams and setting standards they follow • Experience turning research and data into a distinctive point of view • Enterprise brand experience; ability to make a serious, technical brand feel human and memorable while maintaining credibility with CISOs and boards • AI fluency and ability to use AI tools in strategy and storytelling • Strong stakeholder skills across marketing, sales, product, research, and executive teams • People leadership experience hiring, coaching, and growing senior talent • Operating principles and leadership style aligned with Cyera's values
