Description

• Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with your clients • Engage with clients regularly and obtain exclusive deals and heads-up on open job orders • Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them • Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements • Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in the portfolio • Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards • Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry • Processing assignment and contract changes and extensions, renewals, and terminations. • Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues • Build a relationship and good rapport with all physicians and APPs and ensure high retention rate • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in the Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice Staffing space • Act as a healthcare industry expert and advisor • Strong relationship-building skills • Exceptional planning and execution skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
