Description

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Odos dApp, focusing on user-centric innovation and market leadership. • Influence and evolve the usability of the frontend swap experience, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction for DeFi users. • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, executive, and other teams to deliver on roadmap objectives and launch new features. • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure success and guide iteration. • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and development steps. • Define and champion a world-class developer experience, creating tools and APIs that empower builders in the DeFi ecosystem.

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role. • 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and other stakeholders. • 5+ years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. • Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and the broader blockchain ecosystem. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions. • Experience leading through influence, mentoring teams, and driving collaboration across departments. • Passion for innovation and creating user-first products in a dynamic and fast-evolving space.
