Description

• Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across all Hilton measurement and reporting workstreams • Define, recommend, and maintain QA standards • Continue transitioning recurring reports into a dashboard-first environment using Power BI • Ensure data integrity and visualization quality meet client-facing standards • Manage and integrate multi-source, multi-channel paid media, owned, and third-party data into clean, reliable, decision-ready datasets • Partner with measurement, analytics, and account teams to connect data infrastructure to measurement plans and learning agendas • Serve as the trusted data lead in client interactions • Assess feasibility upfront, set realistic expectations, and deliver credible recommendations • Maintain and troubleshoot connectors for continued and error-free dashboard data ingestion • Develop and manage API endpoints integrating external and internal systems

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field • 4+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering, with a track record in high-volume, complex environments • Demonstrated ownership of data QA and taxonomy governance • Ability to design, adhere and execute a QA process • High proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) • Multi-source, multi-channel data experience across the media/marketing ecosystem • Ability to work autonomously with large datasets with limited management oversight • Strong client-facing skills, including sound judgment on feasibility and the ability to manage expectations with integrity • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work with internal cross-channel and client teams • High attention to detail • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills • Experience in supporting MMM data workstreams • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting connectors for continued and error-free ingestion of data into dashboards • Experience integrating disparate data sources into a single unified source (dashboard) • Strong experience developing and managing API endpoints, integrating with external and internal systems
