Description

• Hunt for new opportunities and drive growth • Manage Tier 2/3 customer accounts • Prospect for new business and service existing customers • Build customized quotes and close orders at the highest possible margins • Achieve monthly gross profit sales goals • Maintain existing accounts while bringing in new business • Assist senior account managers with client accounts and projects • Serve as a communication link between customers and the company • Prepare presentations, track project progress, and research ways to foster positive client relationships • Deputize for senior account managers when they are unavailable • Complete a predetermined quota of outbound sales calls and answer incoming calls and emails • Provide exceptional customer service using personality and technical sales skills • Generate a high-volume pipeline • Maintain a consistent outbound activity quota • Successfully onboard Tier 2/3 accounts

🎯 Exigences

• 1–3 years of sales experience or account support experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Understanding of core product features, pricing, and basic industry terminology • Ability to follow up on assigned leads and independently identify and pursue new business opportunities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers • Strong ability to develop relationships • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Highly developed multitasking skills • Proven ability to work in high-stress situations while maintaining a positive attitude • Urgency and commitment to superior customer service • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Must be able to travel 5% of the time • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Must occasionally lift, push, or pull 25 pounds and occasionally bend and reach • Must pass a background check and drug screen • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
