• Win new Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering, and business development • Create, direct, and drive new business campaigns across the region • Assist the team in creating and executing on complex deals that create business value and ROI for the customer • Participate in closing deals with target Enterprise accounts and driving Enterprise business initiatives for future regional success • Attract, hire, and retain the best talent for the Enterprise Sales team • Build and develop a high-performing team through use of data and operational rigor (close rates, pipeline coverage, time to close, win rates, forecasting, etc) • Develop and maintain executive and senior-level client relationships • Represent our customers' product needs through various internal and external forums • Support Docusign’s various Resell, Strategic, and Systems Integrator partners • Manage sales opportunities together with Partners, Strategic and Systems Integrator partners, and Resellers in the region • Collaborate with business partners across Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Business Development, and Partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy • Ensure achievement of the various quarterly pipeline, bookings, and retention goals set for the region • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels • Prioritize the successful implementation of Docusign platform and services into our customer base
• BA/BS degree in a business or technical-related field • Fluency in German and English • 15+ years of experience in field sales management at a senior leadership level within a matrixed sales environment in the enterprise software industry • Experience consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers with established C-suite relationships • Experience driving and accelerating team performance through metric management and dashboards • Experience with forecasting and reporting • Experience in leading, attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent through assessment, selection, onboarding, coaching, and development • Experience with Salesforce or other contact center management systems
