Description

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for Europe as the technical face of DomainTools • Own discovery, technical qualification, solution design, demos, and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise and strategic opportunities • Translate customer security challenges into DomainTools workflows across Iris Investigate, DNSDB / Farsight passive DNS, real-time threat feeds, and the MCP Server • Design and defend integration architectures with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, XDR, and data platforms • Lead beginner-to-advanced training, onboarding, and education sessions • Serve as a trusted technical advisor from initial call through renewal and expansion • Partner with Customer Success and Support to provide expert technical support and drive production adoption • Run executive briefings and technical deep-dives • Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap • Build reusable technical assets including demo environments, integration recipes, IrisQL playbooks, MCP workflows, and reference architectures • Partner with Account Executives on named-account plans, competitive strategy, executive relationships, and pipeline health • Represent DomainTools at events, customer advisory boards, and practitioner communities • Independently consume new information and engage internal experts for specialist knowledge transfer

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, TAM, or a threat intel / SOC practitioner who has moved into pre-sales • Experience and knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, with fluency engaging security buyers including SOC directors, threat intelligence leads, and CISOs • Working knowledge of DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, passive DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP, and fundamentals of internet infrastructure abuse by adversaries • Hands-on comfort with at least one SIEM, one SOAR, and one TIP; experience building or debugging an integration • Comfort with RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting, preferably Python • Excellent demo and whiteboard skills • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, events, and QBRs • Prior experience at a threat intelligence, DNS, network security, or SOC-tooling vendor is a strong plus • Experience with agentic / LLM-driven security workflows, MCP servers, or security data lakes is a strong plus • Background as a former analyst, incident responder, threat hunter, or CTI practitioner is a strong plus • Fluency in French or other European languages is a strong plus
