• Responsible for developing and expanding existing and new customers in the German foodservice and industrial markets. • Develop customer-specific annual targets, sales strategies and action plans in coordination with our internal teams. • Independently manage central key accounts (e.g., chain restaurants, caterers, distributors), including market, customer and competitor analyses. • Develop tailored foodservice solutions by leveraging internal expertise to achieve sales and distribution targets. • Manage, monitor and report on sales, volume and budget targets, including forecasting. • Ensure efficient cooperation with our inside sales team and relevant stakeholders to implement contracts, promotions and customer agreements. • Provide ongoing customer advisory on new products, assortment and market trends with a strong solutions focus.
• At least 3 years' experience in key account management within the foodservice/FMCG environment. • Field sales experience and experience working with distribution partners. • Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships and acquire new customers. • Independent, structured work style and service-oriented personality. • Affinity for foodservice, plant-based nutrition, animal welfare and sustainability. • Very good German and good English language skills. • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel regularly across Germany (approx. one overnight stay per week on average).
