🎯 Exigences

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
