• Consistently exceed your sales quota by retaining, growing, and prospecting clients within your account territory • Use product knowledge in conjunction with knowledge of customers’ project objectives to develop unique value propositions supported by financial impact analysis and feasibility studies • Use Salesforce for customer relationship management activities • Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments • Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel for product development and sales • Willingness to travel nationally on a frequent basis • A drive for self-education and learning new products, services, and business processes • Other activities include proposals, pricing, presentations, forecasting, program management, and other duties as required • Identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges
• At least 2-5 years of sales experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations • Must be 18 years of age to drive a company vehicle • Able and willing to travel to customer sites - 70% travel • Able and willing to do overnight travel • A college degree is preferred • Specific industry sales experience is a plus, especially a proven track record of success selling advanced battery chemistries
