Description

• Hold full P&L responsibility for assigned Northeast locations or branches • Ensure branches meet or exceed financial and operational goals • Drive outstanding customer service and operational excellence • Assess and attract superior talent; lead recruiting and continuous people development • Coach and provide performance feedback to branch leadership • Implement a world-class safety culture with associate responsibility and accountability • Execute the strategic plan within the sub-region in partnership with supply chain, pricing, and other functions • Drive accountability and strategic actions for customer service and operational excellence • Manage costs and align spending with business performance • Use data, analytics, tools, and reporting to support decision-making • Create divisional budgets and recommend capital expenditure spending • Integrate new acquisitions and greenfield locations within the division • Interface with senior leadership and ownership partners to report plans and progress

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or the equivalent preferred • 10 years of experience in industrial distribution with an emphasis on field and branch leadership • Experience driving customer service and operational excellence • Demonstrated P&L leadership experience • Experience leading, developing, and coaching leaders; demonstrated success at attracting outstanding talent • Demonstrated ability to lead work independently and cross-functionally throughout an organization • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, Pricing, Human Resources, and other business leaders • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally • Strong customer-focused and commercial mindset and experience • Ability to interface at a senior and board level and interact effectively at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated leadership and influence skills • Excellent people leadership and talent development skills • Strong performance management skills • Ability to set clear goals and provide regular feedback • Demonstrated ability to drive positive change and cultural transformation • Strong integration skills and ability to connect people and organizations • High drive for results, discipline in execution, and sense of urgency • Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic, changing organization; able to manage complexity • Strong passion and energy for growth and success • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Process-focused mindset and ability to use structured processes to drive results • Ability to use data analytics tools for performance tracking, forecasting, and data-driven decisions • Servant leadership, culture-driven, growth mindset, integrity-oriented, accountable, and adaptable • Strong industry and market knowledge
