• You identify and qualify potential B2B customers • You proactively approach prospects and conduct initial conversations • You analyze needs and identify opportunities for collaboration • You schedule qualified appointments for our sales team • You ensure leads are properly pre-qualified and handed over in an optimal state • You build trust and develop sustainable relationships • You document your activities in a structured way and keep the sales funnel up to date • You work closely with the sales team to continuously optimize processes and strategies.
• Initial experience in B2B sales, customer contact, or appointment setting is an advantage • Strong communication skills and a confident presence on the phone and in video calls • A good sense for people and conversational technique • Structured, self-directed way of working • High motivation to work on a commission basis and to deliver results • Reliability, drive, and a strong goal orientation • Enjoyment in building relationships and engaging conversation partners.
