Description

• Develop and maintain customer relationships • Originating new customer relationships through direct channels • Targeting middle market companies in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries • Partner with Flagstar bankers across Commercial and Private Banking Groups for financing solutions • Achieve/exceed new business volume quotas and portfolio growth goals • Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position and transaction structure • Monitor existing client creditworthiness and remain proactive with respect to market conditions • Analyze and resolve problems pertaining to client transactions and service levels

🎯 Exigences

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or Foreign Equivalent education level • 4+ years’ sales experience in similar equipment financing environment with verifiable production history • Expert knowledge of equipment financing products, pricing, and structure • Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Foundational understanding of financial/credit policies and financial statements • Ability to build a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, cold-calling, and networking • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook • Proficiency with SuperTRUMP, T Value, and other CRM applications • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
