Description

• Lead a team of technical subject matter experts • Define, document, maintain, and propagate technical standards and best practices for direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems • Provide technical guidance to internal field engineering and project management teams, external clients, OEMs, and industry groups • Balance standards development, process improvement, field-resource training, and technical escalation support • Manage daily people operations for technical subject matter experts • Monitor workload distribution and coordinate with Operations leadership on team capacity and allocation • Establish team workflows, communication norms, and operating practices in a fully remote environment • Identify and remove productivity barriers and escalate systemic issues with recommended solutions • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, feedback conversations, and goal reviews • Support team members with company systems, processes, tools, and culture • Develop and maintain standards and specifications in conjunction with industry, OEM, and customer requirements • Review standards for alignment with customer needs and industry innovations • Provide training, guidance, and support regarding standards implementation and compliance • Lead the technical training program for field resources • Create and deliver asynchronous, live classroom, laboratory, and in-field training • Partner with Operations leaders to verify field skills and knowledge • Identify knowledge gaps and develop curriculum as standards and technologies evolve • Provide project support through plan and specification reviews and redlines • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for project issues • Participate in onsite and virtual project meetings as required

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Advanced degrees preferred • 5+ years of high-purity process cooling or mission-critical experience in design, construction, or operations • 3+ years of people management experience • Experience with strategic execution and organizational planning • Experience leading organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts • Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units • Experience with performance management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Experience using business technology platforms • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment through effective communication, self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, employees, clients, and external stakeholders • Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate work across multiple teams and leadership levels • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • Must travel around the United States up to 25% • Must be located near a major airport • Valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative, such as a passport, for business air travel effective May 7, 2025
