FORMEL SKIN est une entreprise de télé-dermatologie et de soins de la peau personnalisés qui propose des traitements topiques prescrits par des médecins et validés par des preuves scientifiques, ainsi que des kits de soins de la peau par abonnement adaptés aux problèmes cutanés individuels tels que l'acné, la rosacée, le mélasma et les signes de vieillissement. Les clients complètent une analyse de peau en ligne (basée sur des photos), reçoivent un diagnostic et un plan de traitement personnalisé de deux mois élaboré par des dermatologues agréés, et reçoivent leur ensemble de produits sur mesure livré à domicile avec un suivi médical constant via chat et des bilans mensuels. Le service combine consultation en ligne, livraison e-commerce et soins de la peau cliniquement ciblés avec des garanties de satisfaction.

Description

• Specialized medical care: You will treat our patients via telemedicine consultations with a particular focus on skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma and perioral dermatitis. • Individualized, evidence-based therapies: You will develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medicinal formulations tailored to each patient. • Ongoing therapy support: You will provide continuous monitoring and adjustment of therapies to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Broader perspective: You will have the opportunity to gain insight into business operations and, if desired, actively participate in projects within our start-up.

🎯 Exigences

• Valid medical license (Approbation) to practice in Germany • Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing the best possible support to patients • Motivation to rethink medicine and actively shape telemedical care • Enjoyment of challenges and teamwork — including in digital environments • Excellent German language skills (C2 or native level) • Availability of at least 30 hours per week (full-time preferred) • Experience in a specialty treating chronic or lifestyle-associated conditions is a plus but not required
