Description

• Perform on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance, FMIs and/or ISIs • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation • Perform basic troubleshooting and service repairs on designated equipment • Communicate and partner with teammates, colleagues, and customers • Recommend value-added services to improve customer business efficiency • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records • Order repair parts and manage cycle times • Use the GEHC escalation process and implement corrective action plans • Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts • Identify sales leads and participate in contract renewals and revenue programs • Build and enhance customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction • Monitor competitor information and market trends • Answer service calls independently within one year of employment • Comply with GEHC quality, EHS, compliance, and applicable regulatory requirements

🎯 Exigences

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent military education • Participation in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program may qualify • High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment as an alternative qualification • Experience with web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Must comply with GEHC's standard background check and post-offer drug test • Must comply with customer access policies, including required immunizations and possible additional drug tests or background checks • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Required color, close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception abilities may apply • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license • Willingness to work after hours or a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Must comply with GEHC quality, EHS, compliance, and applicable regulatory requirements
