Description

• Lead a commercial sales team to deliver orders, revenue and margin growth • Achieve quarterly and yearly P&L targets for assigned geographical area • Timely forecasting of pipeline and sales for the team • Align territories to market potential and ensure optimal deployment of sales resources • Attract, retain and develop world-class commercial talents • Foster a positive winning culture built on teamwork and accountability • Ensure team members utilize required sales systems for pipeline visibility • Drive ownership of order and configuration quality • Maintain professional relations with key customers • Determine market potential for product range and prioritize opportunities

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree • Experienced in Healthcare Sales leadership position • 7 years of experience in medical sales • Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales / solutions • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills. • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels • Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble. • Demonstrated business acumen, financial and organizational skills. • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills. • Live and travel within the Market (AL, AR, LA, MO, MS, and TN)
