• Lead and coordinate the execution of sales incentive compensation processes across Western Europe and Francophone Africa, ensuring a consistent, structured, and well-aligned approach across countries. • Partner with local country commercial, finance, and operations teams to support correct interpretation and application of incentive compensation methodologies. • Own and manage the end-to-end planning, calculation, validation, and payment of sales incentive compensation for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, auditability, and data integrity across all incentive cycles. • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening sales incentive compensation processes, tools, automation, and data quality. • Monitor process performance and proactively propose enhancements to improve effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. • Extensive experience in Sales Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Finance, or a similar analytical or operational role, preferably in a regional or international environment. • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience managing complex calculations, data validation, and incentive processes. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM and Sales Performance Management tools is a strong advantage. • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives. • Comfortable working in matrixed organizations, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and HR stakeholders. • Highly structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across countries. • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
