Description

• Development of existing customer base • Identification and acquisition of new customers within the defined sales territory • Project management and completion with the support of internal specialist functions • Preparation and follow-up of quotations and pricing • Customer loss analyses and development of win-back concepts • Contract drafting and monitoring; action planning in case of deviations • Planning and implementation of the regional sales budget • Handling of complaints and claims • Preparation of reports using Cubes and CRM systems • Support at trade shows and events

🎯 Exigences

• Degree in food technology or a vocational qualification in the food sector (e.g., bakery, dairy) with additional business/economics qualification • Ideally, initial experience in selling technically complex products in a B2B (food) environment • Strong sales orientation, team spirit and a hands-on mentality • Ability to persuade customers through sound consultation and motivation • Independent, organized and reliable working style • Business-fluent English • MS Office skills and willingness to learn and apply new tools (e.g., CRM/ERP systems) in daily work • Resident in Austria • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (target: 60% travel) • Valid driving licence for passenger cars
