Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share in the Sugarland and Houston areas. • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions. • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives. • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team effectiveness.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in a marketing agency. • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Knowledge of the local market in Sugarland and Houston is a plus.
