Description

• Formulate and execute nuclear-related service proposal strategies • Negotiate sales agreements and establish pricing and commercial risk mitigation concepts for complex multi-year contracts • Determine nuclear products and services solutions with product-line teams to increase GVH wallet share • Engage customers and GVH leaders with sales expertise • Cultivate customer relationships to progress nuclear-related orders and resolve high-level issues • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals • Conduct contract negotiations in line with company guidelines • Achieve sales and pipeline growth targets through strategic account plans • Maintain and update standard terms agreements • Contribute to marketing and commercial strategies to increase order volume, scope, and profitability • Support scalable CRM process design and deployment • Keep GVH leadership informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • At least 5 years of sales experience in the power industry, with a proven record of order conversion and pipeline management • Candidates with less than 5 years of sales experience but more than 10 years in nuclear services delivery, nuclear plant operations, or nuclear plant maintenance may also be considered • Demonstrated sales funnel management • Experience negotiating contract terms and long-term agreements • Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities regularly, up to 50% of the time during key negotiation cycles • Remote candidates must be in proximity to key customer locations such as Atlanta, Philadelphia, or Charlotte • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be a U.S. person under applicable export-control requirements • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Understanding of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, and nuclear fuel cycles • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Experience in Lean and developing standard work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions • Cross-functional negotiation, project leadership, and sales-process improvement experience • Ability to quickly grasp new ideas
