Description

• Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts • Provide advanced strategic leadership and ensure long-term client success • Manage complex relationships and drive significant business impact • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships • Lead high-level strategic conversations and long-term planning • Serve as a trusted advisor on business and marketing strategy • Oversee strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and performance • Drive long-term growth and retention across the portfolio • Identify and act on opportunities for expansion • Lead and support Account Directors and their teams • Ensure high standards of performance, communication, and delivery • Provide coaching and leadership across the organization • Ensure consistency in processes, workflows, and quality across accounts • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree required • 8 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or client strategy leadership • Agency experience preferred • Experience managing enterprise-level clients • Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more. • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred
