Description

• Build and continuously advance a trusted commercial data environment across customer, product, payer, patient, engagement, and other critical commercial data domains • Establish business requirements, standards, ownership, and operating models for connected, well-defined, high-quality, accessible commercial data • Advance commercial data readiness to support emerging AI capabilities • Partner with business, analytics, product, and technology teams to identify high-value opportunities and develop reusable capabilities across commercial functions • Establish and lead a commercial data governance framework • Define data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, common definitions, hierarchies, metrics, metadata, and business rules • Monitor data quality, resolve root-cause issues, and establish accountability for trusted data • Partner across Commercial, Data & Analytics, and IT to prioritize data, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities • Translate business priorities into actionable capabilities, define ownership and success measures, and drive adoption, business impact, and scalable ways of working

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial data, analytics, commercial operations, data strategy, or related roles within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organizations • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations, ideally including a product launch or significant commercial expansion • Ability to translate commercial priorities into a data strategy, capability roadmap, and investment recommendations • Experience establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards, and operating processes • Practical understanding of AI and automation, including assessing use cases, defining business requirements, and evaluating value, feasibility, and responsible use • Ability to partner with IT, data engineering, analytics, and commercial systems teams • Sufficient technical fluency to guide business decisions and delivery priorities • Strong communication and changing leadership skills • Track record of influencing stakeholders, managing external partners, and driving adoption in a fast-moving environment • Comfort with screen work, basic hand coordination, focus, regular computer/device use, clear communication, and occasional movement
