Description

• Own and manage Gravie's core marketing technology stack • Evaluate the existing marketing technology stack quickly • Partner with marketing leadership to develop business cases • Design and build automation architecture • Maintain data integrity across the marketing stack • Build and maintain measurement frameworks • Act as an internal technical partner to the full marketing team • Own integrations between marketing systems and adjacent platforms • Evaluate and recommend additions or changes to the marketing technology stack • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements • Establish reporting infrastructure and dashboards

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years of hands-on work in B2B and/or B2C marketing technology environments • 4+ years experience with Salesforce, ideally including Pardot and Braze • 4+ years experience using data to inform decision making • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and attribution • 3+ years experience as a collaborative technical partner • 2+ years experience operating in a lean, fast-moving environment • Familiar with the health insurance or health benefits space
